As new member of the Salsamorteam and after Chrisje pushed him to do so, he starts again with teaching but now in salsa !
He’s loved for his pithy but very dansable figures.
 
Yaniv en Sharona Michael, from Israël
Yaniv and Sharona Michael are the owners of the “Bailatino” Salsa Club and school in Tel Aviv, Israel.
They began salsa dancing back in 1995 and were the first to introduce and instruct the "Salsa L.A. style" in Israel.
In 1998 they won first place in the Israeli salsa competition.
Yaniv is considered as one of the senior instructors of Salsa in Israel.
Yaniv is instructing the L.A. Style for the last 5 year and participated together with Sharona in the Salsa Convention in Los Angeles in 2002.
Sharona studied and danced since the age of 6 ballet, Jazz, modern dance and acting.
Sharona established a Salsa Dance Group for children with whom she performed in the 3rd Israeli salsa congress.
Sharona has been instructing various classes of Ladies style and teaching many professional dancers in Israel.

Luis Vazquez and Melissa Fernandez of MAS SALSA BRAVA are excited about going to Antwerp, Belgium to share with you their passion and love for salsa. Patrick, proud founder of Salsalegria dance school teaches together with Doreen ‘on 1’ and ‘on 2’. They dance for about 8 years with a lot of passion and fun. They hope to pass this through to their students.

Ivan, founder of eXtremoS dance school in Amsterdam, brings his enthusiasm to this year’s workshops. Ivan truly enjoys teaching salsa. In his class you will learn challenging dance combinations, fancy footwork, proper technique tips and how to make the ladies spin ‘like a top’. Ivan dances and teaches ‘on 1’.
 
Jennifer Benavidez, from Texas
Jennifer Benavidez, the newest teacher of eXtremoS comes from the US.. Her Mexican –American roots always made her ready to move to music. She started Latin Ballroom dance in 1992, but wasn’t till 1996 that she discovered real salsa dancing. After numerous trips to LA, NY and Puerto Rico, she felt comfortable enough to teach the dance. She has been invited to teach in LA, Israel, Germany, and Sweden. Not only is she an enthusiastic instructor, she is a charismatic Presenter.
 
Oscar Bonilla, from Colombia
Oscar Bonilla was born in Cali, Colombia, but raised in New York City, the salsa capital of the world.
Oscar stresses dancing low and using simple but effective body movements related to Afro-Cuban dancing. He owes his style to the "feel" of the music and the New York City club scene, where creativity and inspiration meet. He focuses on simple but effective leading & following techniques that will help every level of dancers achieve their goal on the dance floor, which is to have fun and look good doing it !
 
Paul Baarn , from Surinam
Paul "Gallito" Baarn, originally from Surinam, has been dancing since he could walk. He has learned to dance in several styles, including LA Style, Cuban and NY style On2, and he creates his own blend of styles, to fit the mood and the music. His focus is on NY style, with bits of streetdance and afro-cuban moves thrown in.

Gerald is born in Willemstad, Curaçao, dancing was an important part of his education. His first salsa steps he learned from his sweet ante.
Gerald and his team are dancing hours a day! He has grown to be a typical Salsaholic\Salsafreak. Everything is about Salsa, even his vacations. What he loves most about teaching, is to share his passion, feeling and enthousiasm with his students. Later Gerald sees them, proudly, dancing with the same passion, feeling and enthousiasm as he does.

Brian is a very humble and humoristic person. He loves to have nice and creative people around him. He is very easy to work with and eager to learn, but also eager to support other people and help them to develop their dance skills. When it comes to teaching and performances he is a stylist and a perfectionist. FOOTWORK is fun.

Giovanni is also considered as the number one Cardio Salsa instructor in Toronto.
He is the Co-Director an Co-founder of los Salsomanos Dance Company, one of the best dance companies in Toronto.

Leo has more than 20 years salsa experience.
He is known as the "Master of Masters" also as "Leo Silk", and teaches in the USA, Germany, Italy, Greece and Belgium.
Leo "Silk" is present at every important event in Europe and the States.
He is often juror for several high level dance contests.

Mario teaches at International Events all over the world.
He does not do choreography but specialises is moves which can be danced with "great" and "small" talented dancers.
Mario claimes that leading skills are the most important factor in dancing.
   
Laith Sami & Candice Leong, from Londen
Laith has been dancing salsa for over 3 years with a background in hip hop, and is a 2001 UK Club Champion. He has performed in stage shows, television programmes, film, music videos, and commercials. His style is highly energized and funky, while his creativity and energy allow him to create dynamic and unique moves.
Candice has been dancing salsa for just over 2 years with background in jazz and has been a student of the London School of Striptease which has given her a particular style and a sexy edge. Together they bring an electrical performance to the stage. A fusion of hip hop and salsa that should not be missed!
